Fengyi Town Community project was located in Lingcheng District Industry Park, with an area of 570 mu.

It was started building in January 2012 and completed and verified in September 2015, with a total building area of 520,000 m2. It was awarded 2018 “Dezhou Superior Structure Cup”.

The project has undertaken 13 natural villages once, with nearly 6,000 villagers moving in. By relying on the innovative practices of interaction of politics and community, “small grid and great livelihood”,etc.

which serves people's livelihood, it has created the community sample plate of “Changing rural household registration to be the household register” in the minds of common people.
