Donghai Building is located in No. 66, Changhe Avenue, Dezhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. It was started building in January 2011 and was formally come into use in May 2013, with the total building area of 37,376 m2.
Donghai Building Project has been rated as the National AAA Safe and Civilized Standard Integrity Construction Site, Shandong Safe and Civilized Demonstration Construction Site and Shandong Superior Structure Prize of Construction Engineering.
